Telescope for Rajans Astronomers!

Telescope for the Astronomical Society of Dharmaraja College (ASDC). ASDC has been asking us to buy them a telescope for few years (ASDC is very active, albeit without a telescope. Dharmaraja astronomers recently won the Ruth Allen All Island Astronomy Quiz - 2013 ) - Estimated cost is about $1500 - $2000.

	Project Status : COMPLETED! Celestron NexStar 6SE Telescope which was sent by DAANA to DRC Astronomical society has been arrived in Kandy (July/Aug 2014) and recently they tested out the equipment. They are extremely happy with the outcome of the equipment. DAANA wishes to THANK EVERYONE who contributed to this exciting project. More++
